So without further ado, Here is my take on the Saucony Kinvara 3.

The midsole remains very similar to previous models, featuring a lightweight ProGrid rubber material that is fairly cushioned for a minimalist shoe. The shoe’s heel crashpad and midsole cushioning remain fairly unchanged, save for a slightly more beveled heel, which I found reassuring in its similarity to previous versions.

I’ve been wearing and testing Kinvara's for about 70+ miles now, and I still find myself wanting to wear this shoe every day. The shoe is a great option for long-distance minimalist runners and people looking to transition out of heavier, more cushioned shoes. Even though Saucony made some modifications to this shoe, the one thing they did not get away from was that their core design is still similar to previous models. A major plus as most shoe companies change their popular shoe designs and screw up a perfectly good product. Now, if you’ve been looking for an everyday trainer or new marathon shoe, try out the Kinvara. This is a good shoe to transition to minimalist running and as of now, there’s no better time to try them out as Running Warehouse has a sale going on now on Saucony Kinvara 3's
