Coaching Fees and Services

Hello  I am Coach Kyle. I am a Road Runners Club of America (RRCA) Certified Running Coach and have helped clients improve their health and/or running  whether running for the first time or aiming to better a specific racing time. Helping people better their lives has always been a goal of mine and it brings me great joy to be able to do so through a sport I am so passionate about.

Running Plans -
4 week plan - $50
8 week plan - $70
12 week plan - $90
16 week plan -   $115
20 week plan - $140

Each plan includes a questionnaire designed to assist me assessing your running history and training needs.  After submitting your questionnaire, you will receive:


- Custom designed running program tailored to fit your specific needs.
- Unlimited  contact via phone or email.
- Training and racing tips that will help you "toe the line" with confidence.

*** Each schedule is based off the previous 4 weeks training as well as upcoming  commitments and racing.


Personal Coaching - $65
For those looking to lose weight or add strength, this month to month commitment will help you along the path of health, strength and conditioning.
The personalized service includes:

- Running Specific Functional Strength and Core Program based on your current fitness level.
- Instructional videos of specific exercises to ensure proper form and technique are achieved.
- Unlimited contact via phone or email.
- Training and racing tips.


** If you purchase one of the above running plans, personal training may be added to any plan for an additional $25 per month.


Training Plan Review - $50
Do you have a generic training plan that you downloaded or pieced together off the internet? Are you unsure of where your plan is going or how exactly to perform a specific workout?

As an RRCA Certified Running Coach,
I will look over your current plan and give you direction and/or corrections needed.

This service includes:

- Training plan review with necessary "tweaks" after questionnaire is received.
- 7 days of email correspondence.

If a total rework is required, I will suggest one of my above custom training plans and deduct the cost of the review from your newly created plan.
